I was able to army crawl to within 10 metres or so of this lone Canadian Lynx in far northeast BC. I find they are easier to photograph in the spring months as the seem to be more conservative of energy during mating season. This particular Lynx was not bothered by my presence despite the truly remote and wild location. It allowed me to snap a few portraits before it carried on into forested cover.
