Contest Rules and Regulations

All images must be of Canadian origin. Formats accepted are: Prints un-mounted up to 8"x10", digital images (must be a minimum of 5"x7" @300dpi).
Please do not send via e-mail as these will NOT be considered.

** Each group of 10 photos entered must be accompanied by an entry form and a separate entry fee.

Contest is only open to Canadian residents and non-professional photographers.
A non-professional photographer is one who makes less than 50% of his/her income from photography.

Previous winners of Outdoor Photography Canada magazine photo contests must wait until the following years contests to enter. Example: A winner from the Spring contest 2010 is not eligible to enter the Fall contest in the same year. He/She must wait until the following years contest.

Previously published photographs are not eligible.

Judge: Canadian Pro – Kelly Funk.
The decisions of the judges are final. Judges to be announced.
 

Rules:

Affiliates or employees and family members of Outdoor Photography Canada and its contest sponsors may not enter the contest. Contest is open to Canadian residents only unless prohibited by provincial law.

Important Note: Entries will only be returned if a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) is provided with the submission. Contestants agree that their winning images and names will appear in the Fall 2010 issue of Outdoor Photography Canada magazine and on the web site. The prizes will be awarded as won with no cash substitutes. Entry into the contest and payment of fees constitutes acceptance of all rules and regulations of this contest.
