Praise to R. Ramsay, for trying to provide Canadian content and provide this venue for us. Unfortunately this site is not working. I once was a member on another site, same format as this. It was growing but unoticed by the administrators, Unoticed by anyone but the users, it soon became an area where spam and flame reigned. I have enjoyed being a member and trying to help, but I get the distinct impression that this is a second thought to sell some magazines. I am begining to think I have been sent down the river to the USofA mentality. Give 'em shiny give 'em gloss, get their money, and kiss 'em 'bye. I have an eye problem, I can't see myself renewing my subscription.

Sicerely: Bob Winter.

Sorry you feel that way Bob, but it takes a lot to put out a publication of this quality. I unfortunately do not get to log in to the forum as often as I wish, but my main focus is producing a top quality magazine with top quality editorial.

I wanted to create this forum so that you, our readers, had a place to talk about photography and the magazine. Energize and inspire one another to get out and shoot. It takes the entire community to keep a forum going, not just the staff.

Thank you to all who are posting and using this forum the way it was intended.

I'm with Bob on this one. I don't think Bob was really looking for an appology from anyone. Just improvements or ideas for improvements. I also would like to know what's being dreamt up.

Forums like this, need the participation of the members, and stimulating and interesting discussions--most of that is up to us, the way I see it.

But, the best part is, you were able to voice your opinion, and get a reply--try that with some other outfits! I don't care for the sites where "contact us " sends me to a button that reads "FAQ", especially since more often than not, my question, or reason for trying to contact them, is not listed.
