A new (beta) version of Adobe Camera RAW and DNG converter has been posted to Adobe's site with Windows and Macintosh versions available.

Support for Canon Rebel XTi, Nikon D80 and Pentax K100D (amongst others) has been added in this release.

While this is a beta release, I've found Adobe's beta releases of ACR to be extremely stable with the only differences between the beta and released software being some tweaks to the conversion algorithms.
