We've scheduled a new workshop for May 26th of 2012. Starting at the Penetanguishene Town Dock we'll explore the French Canadian flavour of Penetanguishene and then move on to Discovery Harbour. More information and registration can be found at PhotographyWorkshops.ca.

My deepest apologies for not replying sooner. I had forgot entirely about posting this workshop here or I would have followed up sooner. Most of my workshop updates are now on my Facebook page at http://www.Facebook.com/photographyworkshops.ca

I typically only have three students for this type of workshop which is most of them. For this reason, there really isn't a prerequisite to attend as I usually have time to work one-on-one with each student and can accommodate whatever level they are at. You should have an SLR camera which accepts interchangeable lenses, however, if you only have one lens, that's fine. A basic understanding of shutter speed, aperture and iso are benefiical, but again, I can work with you one-on-one to bring you up to speed.

I often have Saturday morning "Essentials of Digital Photography" seminars where you can learn some of these basics, and a 5 week course, "The Essence of Digital Photography" that goes into much more detail. The next course will be held after Chrismtas near the end of January.
